Its gotta be close to impossible to screw up 5 Guys but the Sutton location makes it look easy. I've had issues with a few of my recent orders......And dont bother under any circumstances calling in your order beforehand.....If I need a 5 guys burger that bad, Ill drive to another location
The food is made fresh, burgers are good even though they make sure all burgers are well done. They also load up on the fries. So overall they are fast , clean and friendly establishment that everyone could enjoy even a vegetarian. Great job guys keep up the good work
I came during the lunch rush and was very impressed by how fluid the operation was. From the cashier calling out the order to the fry station keeping up with the demand to the expedietor bagging and getting the orders out on the fly. Food was delicious and the crew very friendly. outstanding service.
The food at Five Guys is pretty good, even though I could only have a veggie burger because I don't eat beef but with that in mind, the fries are very good but they can't beat out In-N-Out in California which as the best fries ever but since it's near my house, I can go but I which they had chicken burgers, then I would go all the time but overall, its a good place.
Love the burgers. The parking lot has people smoking weed more than half the time I've been there, which is why they are probably going for some good burgers. Not the company at fault for people in the parking lot, just makes the scene a little sketchy later on the night. Love their food!
