Definitely will NOT be using Ross Express again. This specific driver clearly didn't care, nor the customer service rep I spoke with.
I have worked at Ross as a Dockworker on 2nd shift for just under a year now. Although its part time, its the best atmosphere ive worked at in a long time. We get things done accurately and on time. Eric is the best Supervisor I have ever worked for and he always gives appreciation everyday for the work that not only I do but all of our Dockworkers. Hope to work here for a long time.
This is a horrible place to work. The $8,000 deductible for insurance because the owner thinks of his own wallet and not about his employees. NOT a family oriented company. Do not work at Ross Express!

Spoke to a man in customer service, who clearly didn't care. Kept asking if the driver was told where to put things and tried playing the blame game. It doesn't matter where you were told, common sense is put things back where you got it from! Not just thrown down on the ground when you're done!
Fast service, but lazy delivery driver! Our 1,500 lb pallet was left on the ramp in warehouse, instead of the open space in the warehouse it belonged. Along with the portable, metal ramp (about 70 lbs) left face down behind the pallet, blocking the entire doorway! Luckily, the next truck driver that came, from a different company, didn't mind moving everything that was in his way.
